Meditation becomes seamless when there is no differentiation between the meditative state and day to day life.
I have taken the best of what I have learn from over 30 years of
experimentation. I have sampled many religions and learned from
them. Much of what is taught in religions is not necessary for the
development of meditation and the living of a spiritual life. I do not
teach a system of beliefs but rather invite you to examine life and find out for
yourself what is the truth of our existence.
First of all you learn to still the mind and make it peaceful. Once the mind is still then you can become aware of what you feel. Feelings exist within a hierarchy. At the top of this hierarchy are the most profound feelings of love, bliss and happiness. By working on your feelings you gradually develop a greater sense of well-being within yourself and transform your lower, superficial feelings such as fear, anger, boredom, loneliness etc. into the feelings of love, bliss and deep joy.
As with all arts it requires intelligence, practice and creativity.
Being happy is our natural state when all else is allowed to relax.
Love is always possible in every situation when there is a seamless relationship to life.
