Seamless Meditation is held in at 2, Barons Mead, Harrow, HA1 1YB

When?

Groups are approx. 90 minutes long after which there are refreshments for those who want to stay and socialize.

One to ones - call to arrange

Intensive/retreat - for anyone wishing to practice more intensely there is the opportunity to come and stay for a while.  Call to arrange.

What does it cost?

I make no charge for what I do but am grateful for donations.
